RE: MH370 Malaysia Airlines B772 Missing Enroute KUL-PEK Part 11

I was looking at Philippine Airlines Flight 434 incident and thought of this What about a possibility of 2 individuals with a stolen passport sneaking a small bomb aboard, where their intention was to break open the security door to the cockpit. They set the bomb on the floor in front of cockpit doo...

RE: Man Survives 55m Flight In Wheel Well Of An SQ 772

According to different article about the same incident I read, plane spent about 35 minutes in the air and 20 minutes or so on the ground, and it never went higher then 25000 feet. 35 minutes in the air isn't so bad compared to what some other guys went through trying to fly inside of an wheel well ...

There's been a report of the pilot ignoring the tower's warning that he's flying too low. While flying visually under storm conditions. <a href="http://english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200706/200706280008.html" target=_blank>http://english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200706/200706280008.html</a>

I always wondered how it felt to park a small fighter jet in between the business ends of GE90s in flight to get a sip of gas.

So What Made Airbus What It Is Today?

I know Airbus came in pretty late in the aviation industry. Compaired to , Boeing, Lockeed, and McDonnell Douglas. Now Lockeed doesn't make commercial aircraft anymore. McDonnel Douglas is gone. And Airbus rivals with Boeing. So what made Airbus so successful? What was their killer app(or airframe)....

RE: Script: Could A Child Open Airliner Doors?

What? you mean you can't hit a "emergency" button on a door to fire explosive bolts that'll blow the door out in flight causing massive decompression? where our 6 year old can hang onto the chair to avoid being sucked out? (Sarcasm) I still chuckles when fellow passenger tells me to "be careful near...

RE: What Do You Think Of FSX?

Well considering how choppy it looked in the COMMERCIAL (i'd think they would use uber-powerful system for the commercial) I doubt there's any computer out there that can do 20+ frames on a max out setting.

I remember watching a video of 747-400 blowing people from the sands into the water with its engine wash. I'm wondering what'll happen to the beach when 777's powerful engine goes full throttle at the same spot.

RE: Comair CRJ-100 Plane Has Crashed In LEX Part III

So Pilot did choose a wrong runway to take off from. But thing that make me worry is that none of the pax survived, and only co-pilot was pulled out from the wreckage alive. I've heard news quoting the investigators that most of the pax survived the impact but died from the fire. It seems this kind ...
