so I'm supposed to fly GRU-MEX in April and I just noticed that the aircraft got switched from a 787-9 to a 767...WHY?!?!? I thought they were removing the 767 from international service after late march!! has the 767 schedule been extended?

just wondering if they're starting it because QR has been talking about starting MEX but needed a European stop and they were thinking of using FCO. So by AM serving it first, they might feel entitled to complain and have the Mexican govt block QR from doing so.

I wonder if passengers will be able to use the APM-to-terminal connectors to go from the south terminals (T4-8) to the north terminals (T1-3). I hope that during pre-planning, LAX thought about using those connectors as pedestrian terminal transfers, as well. That way passengers do not have to walk ...

it seems you are correct. On the EK site, MEX-BCN is still bookable for dates in January and May 2021.

overall, i like the refresh but the rhapsody blue wavy cheatline looks a little odd. It would have been nice if the cheatline had the color gradient the tail has to tie it in all together.

one good sized Mexican city that lacks consistent service to the US is CUL. I wonder why any of the US3, especially AA, don't fly there.

I think Volaris might be only offering CUL-PHX/LAX a couple times a week.

i agree with user above that yellow doesn't fit with this modified livery. I still think they could have added a minor tweak to make it look a bit different and less generic. I'm mentioned it before, that white line in the leading edge of the tail, they should have made it thicker and wrapped it alo...

according to NTSB, go-around alarm went off 1.5 seconds before impact, so they pretty much had no chance. I wonder why the alarm went off that late.

wow, CNN just showed a video of the plane coming in. Video was shot by a planespotter. It seems the plane bounced pretty bad and it even seems it did a full 360.
