Two almost identical incidents within short time. Without jumping to conclusions all MAXes should be grounded as a precautionary measure. With China already having their 60 grounded its only circa 240 planes globally. Not a big disruption in the interest of safety.

Fully agree. This is a state owned airline and the growth is politically not economically driven. When the downturn comes they will collapse (or get another government bailout like many times before).

The article states that they would keep the last A380 for much longer. Therefore the aircraft arriving in 2022 would probably be still in service by late 2030s. Therefore it will be replaced with aircraft that don't exist yet.

Not sure what is the source of those rumors. The 2015 financials were the best ever.

Good profit margins, excellent ROA, positive cashflows etc.Most of airlines could only wish to have such results.
