It looks like an oil can effect due to difference of pressure inside and outside of the fan cowl inlet panel. And It may mean that the skin in the bay is weak due to fatigue stress.

I would say that LOT increase order by 4-6 more frames. Right now Polish carrier has problem with lack of planes in their long-haul fleet. But this is just guess. LO has plans to open new long routes up to 2010.
