I fly a lot to MEM from NYC and a lot of times I take AA via DCA as the connection is timed very well, every time I fly that route I see a lot of my fellow passengers doing the same connections as AA has only one non stop flight to MEM, the only carrier that has a few flights to NYC daily is UA but ...

I don’t care as much when the airplane was built, however their interior is extremely dated and it shows, unlike the rest of the fleet this has not been updated and no connectivity was ever installed, I flew recently with AA MEM-MIA on the 145 and it was very nicely done

I listened to the ATC recordings and you can clearly hear the pilot asking ground to return to the gate at around 11:20pm only to say a few minutes later that he is continuing to the runway My guess is that the captain called operations and was told that the aircraft was needed in TLV for the Sunday...

I fly that route a few times a year, I used to fly exclusive AA until a few years ago, their hard product was as old as the route, it was horrendous, and they were no match for LX especially when they introduced the A330’s

I recently flew UP from TLV to BUD The flight was full but passengers were made to check in and clear security in terminal one and then had to take a long bus ride to terminal two where the plane was actually leaving from while Ryanair passengers checked in and departed from the same terminal 1

I think the departure times are a issue, since a lot of the travelers who would be using the service are the religious Jewish community in Montreal and the Thursday afternoon departure from YUL is very tight for the Sabbath and the return Friday gets in too late for observant people
