The first one is blurry in parts and over sharpened in attempt to compensate, high in frame, strong yellow color cast, noise affecting quality. Hi Ryan, first of all, you have to start with a good "native" photo. Both pictures are blurry, so affected by a not-fixable flaw. Stairs block the wheel and it's not part of active operations (actively loading or unloading), this is the motive.
