Based on the livery, I would place it as A6-ESS of Eastern SkyJets, formerly G-STRI with Astraeus. It's sistership ended up in Knock also, but seems to have had additional titles that are not on the aircraft in the video.

This aircraft is operated by Flight Calibration Services Ltd (FCSL), so as atcsundevil suggests, it is likely a calibration exercise on the Dublin VOR or similar.

I have accounts in both, but certainly have more data loaded in Flight Memory. To be honest, the statistics functions on Flight Memory are far better in my view. I just wish the maps were more like Flight Diary, it's only real failing.
