They let me rebook for free through a different city. Their e-mail even encouraged me to avoid SFO.

The UA hub operation and connections must be a mess. I saw they are offering voluntary waivers to customers, but thousands still must transit SFO daily especially to many Pacific markets. If you aren't concerned with the additional cost, why not. But if the price is something you have to weigh, then it's not worth it. Economy Plus was great when I had Premier Exec status in the past, but I wouldn't pay an upgrade fare to sit there.

I think these airlines are getting an idea how expensive parts and mx will be once the assembly lines shuts down for good and are planning accordingly. Like Concorde, the A380 is a technological marvel but not so much a commercial one What was the marvelous technology associated with the 380?

I flew Sichuan Airlines from HKG-CTU and they served the best in-flight meal I've ever had on a plane. I would fly them again just for the food! Good luck!! If you book two one-way tickets, can you check-in on-line for both flights? Just land in ZRH and wait for your one-way return?

I loved flying on Wow also (PIT-KEF) on their newish 321s. Their low fares forced me to book the trip to Iceland! They seemed really professional and competent. Hope to fly them again soon!

My home airport, CMH, only sees the occasional Air Force One 742, but Rickenbacker nearby sees lots of cargo 747s. I landed in San Diego last week, and it was nice to see a big, beautiful British Air 747 sitting there glowing in the darkness.

I have flown with them, and they are an excellent airline, in my opinion. And they can fly into some smaller airports for maximizing your sightseeing pleasures. I would absolutely go for it, as Norway is spectacular in every way! It sounds like a bargain to me!

I flew in and out of Terminal 3 in April, and it was stunning architecturally. You will be dazzled. I few with Garuda, I didn't find them all that expensive. Have fun, Indonesia is awesome!

Maybe when I wake up in the morning, this horrific new layout will be like a bad dream, and A-Net will be blue and beautiful again and won't hurt my eyes when I try to read the forum. I can easily see myself spending less time on this site if this terrible design remains.
