We have indeed been having some miserable weather in the MCI area today. Around the time this was happening I was on the roads with most of my vehicle covered in a sheet of ice except the windows. Watched two vehicles slide into an intersection attempting to stop at a traffic light.

While certainly tragic and definitely worth studying, I find it hard to believe that one could peg such a rise in birth deformities to the use of weapons alone.
