I'm curious what the F/As are needed for? ...so someone must be aboard with appropriate training in safe commercial food handling and disposal. Pilots are trained in many things, but food handling isn't one of them. I'm quite confident that all four of those gentlemen can handle the Herculean task ...

The only advice people should be giving you in this thread is for you to seek out a lawyer. This wouldn't be some simple thing like building a shed in the backyard. If you build and use helipad without proper approvals, you could potentially be opening yourself up to a world of lawsuit hurt.

Airlines don’t have their lines routed out more than a couple days and they are constantly changing due to irrops. Any tail Assignment more than 24hours out is highly suspect. The airline I used to work for would plot aircraft routings for seven days out. But what you said about any tail assignment...

It appears to be chartered out to luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent and is operating an 'Around the World' trip.

EDIT: The KEF-MSP-LAX flights on Oct 1st seem to be position flights to move the aircraft to LAX to start the charter (first leg LAX-HNL/02OCT).
