Runway 34 ILS is NOTAM'd out of service; if this runway was in use the aircraft would have been using a non-precision approach with a much higher decision height, hence the runway would not have been seen before breaking through the cloud resulting in a go-around.

More Accurate - Sat Nav Or Speedo?

In the UK it is legal for car speedo's to underread by 10%, and this is probably what is happening - I know at motorway speeds mine shows about 5mph below the actual speed of 70.
