It is single runway. Otherwise, it's like having a single lane road, calling it a busy single lane road, then when someone overtakes saying that it's no longer a single lane road, because for an instant there were two cars abeam each other, and thus, in different lanes. No one says that, do they?

We are quite cautious.

When flight planning we will not go in if the forecast gust exceeds the crosswind limit.

Example:

Crosswind Limit 25Kts, Rwy 36

- TAF of 090/20G26KTS we would not go

- TAF of 090/03G25KTS we would, even though the Gust Component is greater.
