So compared to last year, except for DFWPHX, all is the same except for a few frequencies?
Oh and the added SFOORD widebody?
My guess is with the success of DBVPHL, we see additional frequencies. BUD moves to A330 already previously discussed and my guess is KEF and Nice for new service to PHL. I think TXL makes the cut but not sure about BLQ. Add PRGORD less then daily and decision made on new HND flights to DFW/LAX. Add...Jump to post
A big announcement coming soon from AA? He also adds: “I consider it confirmed that this will be an a...Jump to post
How do you know they will be announced 8/8? We’ve been told internally to expect additions, station reassignments to diff hubs and the possible closure of certain routes. Most for spring/summer season 2020. What does station reassignments to diff hubs mean? Sounds sort of ominous. Moving markets fr...Jump to post

Does anybody have the monthly numbers and stats for PRC since SkyWest took over service to DEN/LAX from ZK? I’m interested in seeing how a community of their size rebounds from having marginal service at best to their reliable service now. At PRC Q1 of 2018 ZK flew 1,200 passengers at a load factor...Jump to post
And I heard that AA was soon announcing PRGORD 5X weekly next summer ........ hmmmmmm Waiting for that normal August AA announcement for next summers service, also hearing PHL is getting two new markets & TLV returns 5/2020 to either PHL or DFW. Also that AA may link CMN to their network here so...Jump to post

Winners, losers Winners: LGA: seems to be taking up JFK’s flights on AA! DCA: significant expansion from AA! SEA: great expansion from DL and AS to BOI, SFO, TUS, BOS, and more. Quoting Gulfsream500, don’t know why it didn’t show the copy ......... Losers: JFK: How does an AA “hub” manage to only have one daily flight to another hub, even when it’s one of the most crowded routes in the US? PHL: Two TATLs (AMS, CDG) moved to less than daily. Nothing new for PHL and happens y...Jump to post

I was on the inaugural flight today out of BLQ today and enjoyed the gate festivities as well as the country band at the ticket counter which was an interesting choice for the new service. I'm confused why there are 330 parts for AA in SFO. Does SFO ever see AA A330 service? AA700 SFO-PHL is definitely run w/ an a330. Can't think of any others off the top of my head. AA has been running an A332 scheduled flight to SFO daily in the 4pm bank. Announced today is that aircraft will be pu...Jump to post
Good to know the 4 routes what LAA A321 sevres PHL. Pretty sure it started way before that. I recall flying ...Jump to post
Seems like AA is starting to rotate newer a321s into PHL instead of LUS aircraft. AA551,AA765,AA1657, AA566 have been using the newer jets since May 3rd. Not familiar with the SSJ at all, do the engines have thrust reversers?
I watch the videos of how quickly the fire moved forward and like the Airtours accident in MAN, I’m wondering if thrust reversers, if installed, played a role.
You’re all missing the greatest drive..... our corporate clients dictated the swap and desire for the route to be switched to CLT. The corporate contracts & their desire to have connections through the CLT hub eventually drove the change. Why connect through PHL to one Eagle Flight that most lik...Jump to post

AA dropping 1 PHL-LHR flight to seasonal in W19 (will resume Mar 2020) to make way for the additional winter MIA-LHR frequency. It baffles me a bit that AA/BA can't manage at least ~3x on a hub to hub route year round. https://twitter.com/xJonNYC/status/1106332067137286144 In this case it's probabl...Jump to post
Unlike BUR, this is actually a really profitable route for WN. I don't see how WN can keep ignoring NK building a hub at LAS. There has to be some retaliation coming. Like others are saying, WN fares out of LAS are too high and they have been taking advantage of LAS pax for too long now. They deser...Jump to post
may surprise people, but this is not exactly a money pot for WN that people make it out to be. There is also XE that's running peak of 7 flight a day on this route. Really? Look at the RASM vs CASM for Airlines out of BUR. The yield per ASM out of BUR is high because the airport has such low per pa...Jump to post
I thought I would mention this here but as usairways85 kindly mention in the weekly OAG thread http://www.airliners.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1416993 AA has quietly dropped service between PHL-SLC. I tired a few booking in the month of DEC and don't see any nonstops. AA's PHL-SLC has always...Jump to post

Quarter after quarter, PHLLHR is actually one of the highest revenue generating routes in the PHL TA network. Minus the main cabin, the amount of cargo plus front end corporate contract clientele the airline flies between the JV has sustained the route at 3X daily, and sometimes, 4X daily.Jump to post
So here’s something new & I cannot find anywhere .......... N753SW - also crash-landed at LGA; it was loaded onto a barge and scrapped in Albany, with some parts trucked to Owego for final destruction. All, Russia isn’t happening, it’s the most deflated market with lowest yields that all US airlines are running from, thank God AA left years ago. Asia isn’t happening from the NE, if so, it’d be PHL for connections or JFK for the O&D. BRU was a long time US year round route but with a Star Allia...Jump to post

That is not worth the airport hassle. It's not that bad of a drive.
Well, actually, PHL this evening had storms to the west and north impacting our outbound fixes. While I enjoyed the day off, my company emails share in PHL it was weather that impacted our operations, especially anything destined to the NE or for a bit, using PTW trying to head west.Jump to post
