Not a real excuse, but winter travel usually always wrecks havoc with on time preformances with all airlines. Dave Bushy was our COO before he stepped down and went to Cape Air. I believe we had been operating with a temporary COO while a search was conducted to find Bushy's replacement. Good thing we went with somebody that has the right experience operating a System Operations Command Center.

CMH has been seeing some really descent loads! The city is really starting to show it's potiental for us. I have seen loads in the high 70s and some in the low 30s. It all depends on the day.

Several of our cities have ticket stock that is used for boarding passes. Most of our cities have the AirTran reciept paper for boarding passes. However if you use the kiosks you will get te familiar horizontal boarding pass.

BOS is a great station to work at. I like being based up there as we have a small crew base and mostly everybody gets along. There is a nice crew lounge where some ground and airport operations come in and watch <acronym title="Virgin Express (Belgium)">TV</acronym>. It seems to be a lot less stress...
