CAL has just added a schedule or 10x weekly flights BGI-OGL-BGI starting 6 August, 2020 and 3x weekly BGI-SLU-BGI. On some days CAL will operate 2 flights to OGL; 1 in the morning and another in the evening all returning to the BGI mini-base. No room will exist for LI2020.

BGI delayed the AA MIA-BGI flights due to the unchecked spreading of COVID-19 In south Florida. Permission to restart services was denied.

Looks like CAL will be the first to start operations out of BGI. Starting 22 July, 2020 CAL will operate BGI - SVD and BGI - GND with an ATR. I suspect the aircraft will also be based in BGI or at least overnight in BGI with a 8:00am departure on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Once they establish a focus city in EWR B6 could also consider launching EWR-LON flights with A321XLR's. These flights will compliment the JFK & BOS transatlantic ops.

British Airways will not be returning to any of the Caribbean islands until 1st July, 2020. All services are cancelled until then.
With VS hanging on a thread, don't expect to see them operating until the Winter 2020/21 season.

Regular commercial flights should resume in BGI from June. AA has already scheduled a daily MIA B738 from June 4th. Jetblue is also expected to restart daily JFK flights from June 11th.

On an annual basis, B6 operation into BGI is profitable. Full stop.

AA also LGA-BDA on 21st December Saturday only year-round.

Lufthansa/Eurowings started operating 3x weekly service FRA/BGI/FRA with A332's! These flights will operate for the winter season 2019/20. This is in addition to Condor who will also operate 2/3x weekly flights.

I predict a bloodbath on the JFK-GEO-JFK route next year with CAL, AA and now B6 operating a minimum of 21 - 24 weekly flights. Suspect that BW will reduce to 7 from 10 at a minimum.

CM flights to BGI are doing well from all reports. They are able to upgrade to 73G and 738's when necessary as the E190's don't provide enough capacity during peak periods.

This would be an excellent move by VS. The A330NEO's can be based at MAN & LGW with enough range for all routes out of those Airports. A350-100's at MAN & LGW could focus on the highest density routes like MCO and seasonal to BGI.

JFK-GEO will become a bloodbath with BW AA and B6. AA should stick with MIA-GEO and leave JFK to BW and B6 to battle it out.

Runway at GEO is only 7,448ft-long. A320CEO would struggle with a full payload to make JFK.
