Well a friend of mine has one of those flying paragliders, and here in Belgium they don't carry reg and are not considered as an aircraft or glider.

So i doubt they'll be allowed on the DB,

I think when you keep the 3:2 or 4:3 ratio your size should automatically come down to 1024/683.
