IFE the same as DL? Yes and no. The Panasonic eX1 system they are using is a traditional wired system which is found on many of Delta's aircraft. However, Delta's A220s use a wireless seatback system designed by Gogo which is significantly lighter yet provides the customer with a similar experience.

Currently they hand out a full-size bottle of water just after takeoff. Perhaps the welcome cocktail is replacing this? That would be a mistake in my opinion, since even though there is frequent water service throughout the flight, it's nice to have the bottle for in between.

United did a great job with the new livery. My only regret is that they didn't implement it at the time of the merger since it pays homage to both former liveries while adding the Dreamliner twist. Anything is better than United titles pasted on Continental's livery.
