Concorde flew the pond from 1976 to 2003.
I flew a PanAm 707 from JFK to Rome as late as 1980.
I believe current generation narrow bodies were flying before 2003 across the Atlantic.

If you cancel your flight before departure, your ticket retains value as a voucher for future travel. If you don’t cancel before departure, your ticket has lost all value. At Cessna, the prototype Citation aircraft had excape hatches in the lower fuselage with explosive bolts for emergency egress by test pilots.
This makes them non-conformal to type design and cannot be sold.

Then the doors would close.
AFTER the doors closed, the message was repeated in Spanish.
