Yes 1h20 is a good connection time at YUL. YUL has a separate customs hall for connections and depending on your arrival destination, you might not need to collect your bags and go back to security again. My travel is from Swiss in the LX86......with final destination YYZ Follow the connection sign...

Just a small correction to that. All Tokyo flights will be consolidated at NRT. So it will be AC021 YYZ-NRT.


I noticed that NH from YVR will be moving to NRT next month. Do we know why the flights from Canada go to Narita?

I'd be surprised if AC leaves YVR-BOS to B6 without a fight, I'd imagine the odds of the route resuming are fairly high.


It's already in the system from May 19th to October 10th.

The IATA fare rules for maximum connection time are max of 4 hours for domestic flights and 24 hours for international flights. The rule for international fares can be extended to the next scheduled flight or set of connecting flights to the final destination.
