Embraer 170/190 Vent Flaps?
Hey Guys
I was wondering if any one could explain why it is necessary to have "vent flaps" on the doors, both cargo and cabin, of Embraer 170/90/95. It does not seem as though many aircraft have these and I am just a tad bit curious as to what function they perform.

Out of Boston JetBlue has still managed to get flights airborne while all other airlines have cancelled thier entire schedule for the evning and monring. Then again its JETBLUE thats gets flamed!
