BA very rarely upgrade to First, unless the plane is totally overbooked, they keep it as full payers (and staff!) only.

You'll be first in line should that happen though - ask at the lounge if the plane is overbooked and dont wear 50 Cent Style big baggy fluffy tracksuits!
