Hmm. not a bad idea. The 757 is already an economical airplane and adding more Y-class will probably increase revenue per flight. I enjoy the US 757's...I fly on them a lot. I would also add better IFE on them and increase the seat pitch a tad. Just my $.02.

I think the 712 or 713 would be a great fit for WN. It's a viable concept and the 712 is available now whereas the 190 production line will be tied up for years with the JetBlue order.

I like US Air's 734's. I just feel safe on those planes. I like the US Air A32X series too but those planes seems to have too many squeaks and rattles, especially the emergency exit doors. Both make a great product.

There is also the parking lot at the end of runway 17 (north end of the airport) but the fence makes for a difficult time taking pictures with a SLR. If you have a smaller camera you can stick the lens in between the fence links. Good luck!

Yes, I too would like to Lockheed back in the commercial arena but that won't happen. The L1011 is my favorite of all time.

The L10's are maintenance hogs and there are more efficient airplanes out there.

BTW, what is an airstart, as mentioned in a previous reply?

What a great thing for the president to do. I'm glad to hear on the news that it really boosted the morale of our troops. I'm happy that they were able to pull this off because AF1 would have been a huge target for terrorists. This was a wonderful move by the president.
