I'm trying to catch one of the rare DL A350 domestic routes to fly the new bird without doing an international trip. Does anyone have any inside info on if any will be flown February 20-24? Looking at FlightRadar24 it seems they fly it LAX-ATL, LAX-DTW, ATL-DTW routes occasionally.
Took some quick pics of the 16 777's parked at Mobile, AL Brookley Field (BFM) on Sunday, March 29, 2020 https://www.mobileairportauthority.com/downtown/ https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49717656112_3df04938b4_z.jpg IMG_3353 by JetSaurus , on Flickr https://live.staticflickr.com/65535...Jump to post
I've often wondered why on P&W powered B757's what the sound is when the aircraft is put into reverse thrust. This past weekend I stayed at the <acronym title="Atlanta - Hartsfield-Jackson International (The William B Hartsfield) (ATL / KATL), USA - Georgia">ATL</acronym> Renaissance and watch a few...Jump to post

Isn't 4 x 20 = 80?
Thanks Tom. I'll be back you can be assured of that! I wish I could go now and find that #$%^. <img src="/discussions/graphics/smilies/frown.gif" alt="Sad"> Here's a map of where I was parked. And yes I am one of many who has stopped to have a bite here or read the paper. It's also where I tak...Jump to post
Yep that's the spot. Old arial photos show that the vacant lots used to have buildings on them so I'm assuming that the airpot bought them out some years ago however, there are no signs around stating that it is airport property.
I wish I'd pushed a little hard but hind sight is 20/20, right?
After nearly 20 years of excellent spotting at New Orleans (<acronym title="New Orleans - Louis Armstrong International (Moisant Field) (MSY / KMSY), USA - Louisiana">MSY</acronym>) today I had a very unpleasant experience of being asked to leave my normal viewing area. I had about 30 minutes of fre...Jump to post
I'm a resident of the area and this was big news last night and todays paper. Both the Trent 900 and 1000 are planned for testing at the site in late 2007. A $42million investment! I was one of the lucky ones trying to get out of Detroit on Sat 1/22. First flights were cancelled b/c of the snow storm and then I heard (at several gates) that ATC had "radio problems" and was down to only one frequency for all of <acronym title="Detroit - Metropolitan Wayne County (DTW / KDTW), U...Jump to post

A post over at DA.C reported that Delta is bringing back the old widget design in what is referred to as "heritage" widget in some form or another. It's to begin this month. Tom or Steve..is there a reason for using <acronym title="New Orleans - Louis Armstrong International (Moisant Field) (MSY / KMSY), USA - Louisiana">MSY</acronym> over Lakefront for VIP visits like this? I wish to file a complaint about my latest travels on a US carrier while traveling with my family. I've prepared a letter to airline CEO and would like to forward it to the correct federal agency. This flight showed up on flytecomm.com today but I was unable to see the a/c arrive. Has anyone heard of this carrier? Google didn't provided too much current info on it. The local news (wlox.com) is supposed to have report on the 10pm newscast about a "big visitor". Weird. Did I miss something? Arr...Jump to post
