Argentina beats Australia 2-1 to setup a quarter-final against Netherlands.

Australia were never really in it but setup a frantic last few minutes with a wickedly deflected goal. Messi was outstanding and showed what a genius he is. Both teams squandered golden chances in added time.

Belgium wins but won’t be frightening any other teams after that performance. Canada we’re very plucky, but really lacked composure and quality in the box. The penalty miss was a disaster for Canada - it would have been interesting to see Belgium chase the game.
