Does as of last year, but yes, probably that is why he is danish in this case. Perhaps dual citizenship? Norway doesn't recognize a dual citizenship. I stand corrected. I lived there 1996-2013 when it wasn't possible, and most Scandinavians probably want to keep their original citizenship anyway.

There's been maintenance going on during all winter, and only one RWY has been in use. Probably doesn't answer your question, but I took my binoculars and checked what's going on right now. 22 in use (the inner one only 04L/22R).
