Re: Indian Aviation Thread - October 2019

From the Turkish Aviation thread, TK has been granted cargo flight rights for Ahmadabad. I guess the Pakistani issue isn't as big as some have presented it on here. I am sure Turks are working on more rights for passenger flights. For decades India has had an open sky policy with regard to cargo. S...

Hi All

B-LIA, B747-400ERF of CX last operated as CX3374/01APR HKG XMN. No sign on FR24 of her after that. Would any Asian/CX fleet trackers be able to share why B-LIA is in XMN so long?

thanks in advance.

Given that QR already flies the Qsuite 777 to BOM and BLR, one can expect A350 service to BOM/BLR soon. Islamabad is actually a lovely place and relatively safe. I don't know what exactly the 'hardship' would be. It's quite boring and there isn't much to do, but for a one day layover, it would be fine. Lahore is also safe enough and a far more interesting city than Islamabad. Karachi wouldn't be a sa...

This is not an A330-300 as the span looks greater than the length of the aircraft. A 333 is about 208ft in length while the 332 is about 193ft. Both have a wing span of 197ft.
