Personally I'd prefer a PDF version. Sure, for those of us who collect them, having something physical you can touch is nice, but there's increasingly little reason to ignore the fiscal and environmental savings that going digital brings.

Well today would have been the day for the first scheduled 747 flight to SJC. BA has suspended SJC service until April 30, and the flight is still scheduled to be operated with a 744 after that, but everything is still up in the air for now. NH will suspend TYO-SJC service after March 24, leaving only BA for intercontinental service with HU indefinitely suspended. No word yet if BA will be suspending as well with the European travel ban and SJC not being one of the 13 approved airports for travelers coming from non-UK Europe.

Frontier adding seasonal daily PHX-SJC starting 4/23. Frankly it's the most reasonable dart they've thrown at the board so far from SJC considering the relatively high fares on this route. Looks to be 1x daily unfortunately, not going to be the most useful for single-day business occasions. Departs ...

I did some digging and it appears Azores Airlines likely doesn't serve OAK anymore. Interestingly, AM seems to save them. They cancelled GDL-SJC earlier this year, then brought it back for a month using the same flight numbers. Maybe they just don't have a big enough network to require reuse.

Agreed that it was foreshadowed. Perhaps yields at SFO are just too significant to ignore compared to OAK. I just don't see any domestic carrier jumping in to start long-haul routes from OAK, and most foreign carriers already serve SFO. Looks like it'll probably a return to the pre-DY status quo for...
