Because they ordered specialized and dedicated low density 321 fleet for this purpose, favoring frequency to capacity. These planes only fly those routes, so you won't see much variation.

What you are talking about is like.. the optimum zone for fat burning efficiency, but say being under that doesn't burn fat is not true, its just not the 'perfect...

The Utah legislature relaxed it's alcohol rules for the Olympics. Those rules still are looser in Salt Lake than the rest of Utah. Probably the same thing would happen in Milwaukee if alcohol consumption is such a concern. It is over a year to the event, so I am sure they can get logistics figured ...
