Might see the new Luxair E295’s on the LUX to LCY route. They run around five flights a day to connect the two financial and business hubs. even more. Some days sees up to 6-7 daily. The last flights depart at 20:05 and 20:15 so that must surely be a candidate for being merged into one bigger plane.

This argument about MSP and Scandinavia is wild. The connection is centuries old now. I’ve lived in Sweden for nearly 10 years and not once heard of anyone visiting MSP or having any desire too. If it was such a big draw it would have been served at some point.

I really don't think SAS is becoming part of AF/KL itself, this is not a merger. They are just acquiring a 19.9% stake in SK SAS already have their own version of Transavia anyway, SAS Connect. The article states that the employees will be kept on so I wonder how much difference this plan will make. Skimmed down ops with the same staff numbers doesn’t sound like a profitable plan.
