The Lord Wakefield is not in Boston its in Wakefield, about 10 miles north of the City so if you stay there your gonna need transportation and A good idea of the area. Rubber Bullet, a hard rubber bullet that's designed to be "less than lethal" something that will subdue/injure a suspect yet not kill him. I guess that's about as close as I can describe it.
