Just letting you know, these are all cropped incorrectly. They need to be between a 3:2 or 4:3 ratio. 1st picture's the only one I can see as feasible, and even that one has a questionable motive. I used my Canon Powershot A610 for years before purchasing a DSLR, and through those years using the Powershot, I had 107 photos accepted.

So yes, the S1800 will certainly be usable - just look for good lighting. Good luck!

I think it needs a little CCW rotation. Just a little. Because even if the light poles aren't level, and even if the photo is centered correctly with the horizon, the other elements in the photo give the impression that it's tilted slightly to the right.
