The few times I now see any of the old American branding next to the current I'm glad and pleased. The silver and AA just looks so dated now. The new is very modern and stands out well. I love going to MIA or CLT and seeing 10 of more new AA tails lined up.

Re: JD Power releases Best airport rankings 2017: MCO, SNA, SMF

MCO isn't too bad but I wouldn't consider it to be the best. The times I'm there the TSA lines are ridiculous but I figure it's to be expected given how popular Central Fla is. I agree with JAX being up there. That's a nice facility. The SMF WN/AS terminal is really nice as well. My top 3 airports a...

I've noticed that AA has arrivals at a Gate 342 occasionally. Often its the B789 evening flight from DFW and can't seem to figure out where this gate is located. I'm thinking it's one of those gates at the far west at LAX that uses buses to transport passengers to the main terminal area?

I agree deltadawg, the DL 739ER's don't seem bad to me either. 26 A,F are the most comfortable to me. The wall lines up perfectly to rest my head on however the A321's have more of a gap, so it's not as comfortable. Also the interior of the 739ER looks more modern to me.
