The 727 has the same problem with the doors drooping open with the gear extended. On the 27 when you are towing the a/c you can actually see the doors move open and close with the tug pushing and pulling on the nose gear.

I'm pretty sure the annuciator panel will require 28VAC, I know for sure the APU light on the panel is 28VAC powered, so I'm assuming the rest of the lights on that panel require the same power. For the brake gauges I have no clue what power they require.

The VHF antenna mounted on top of the fuselage has an hot air duct connected to it for anti-icing to protect the number 2 engine from ice injestion.

Kelowna airport will have a taxiway crossing over a road and a railway soon. Kelowna Flightcraft is currently building a new hangar and the only way for a/c to access it will be to bring the a/c over the road and railway.

They are probally doing a light bulb check, where an Airport Operations vehicle will drive all the runways and taxiways searching for any burnt out light bulbs. I've been on a few of these with a friend in Airport Ops, it's pretty crazy to be doing 160 down the runway in a pickup truck.

Greyhound was doing better than Westjet when they where still flying. Greyhound got shutdown because Greyhound got sold to Laidlaw and Laidlaw didnt want anything to do with an airline, not because the airline wasnt making money.

I think that both aircraft are actually in the same condition...not painted.....the reason they look different is in the first photo there is no sunlight reflecting off the alluminum. If you look up more photos under that same registration they all look the same except for the the rudders being pain...

why wouldn't you trust flying on the big yellow taxi 727???
KFA will have the 738 leased again this winter, but I'm not sure on which routes....Some of the sunwing flights are going to be operated by Skyservice with a 757 this year aswell.

Miamiair is partially correct, it is true about the different materials in the rudder, but the carbon fibre rudder first appeared on the later 200's not on the 300's
