I have to say we actually live near Stewart and know a few American crew members that commute to JFK and LGA. I understand that commuting there maybe an issue but I think that there has to be quite a few crew members that would welcome not having to make it to one of the big city airports.Jump to post
That sound of a coffee cup being thrown against the wall came from Allegiant offices. Allegiant is mad because the cost of used A319s with CFM engines just went up. I believe Allegiant has bought a couple A319s or A320s from EasyJet. From what I read, Allegiant left the interior the same. Allegiant...Jump to post
I think this is a look to make Boeing make a deal on the 787's for cheap or to make a nice hold over deal on new 767's to hold over until the new 797 is available. It's nice to see Norwegian flourishing. Just a shame at what SWF's domestic ops with the legacies are like. DL can't even sustain RJs to ATL from there. That's because Delta is a legacy and Norwegian is an LCC. Somehow at small airports like Stewart LCCs always do better than legacies. At large air...Jump to post
I don't think I see this one working out so well.
