OVERSIGHT: meant to say MD-11 COMBI, and that (as far as I know) this will be only MD-11 service since U.S. AFRICA AIRWAYS went out of business back in early 90s.

That is quite strange, given that each carrier you mention is a system-participant...we use the Amadeus system in my travel office, so I know this for certain. What city-pairs were you looking at? The only logical reason a carrier should NOT appear would be a NON-participant, such as Southwest & Jet...

QUIG: the number (or letter) after the flight number indicates the frequency; "D" = daily; numbers correspond to the day of the week the flight operates if NOT daily...1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, thru to 7 = Sunday, thus an indication of "36" for KE086 means it operates on Wed. & Sat.
