There has been a lot of rain in Japan. It is perhaps more likely that the hole came from that. Even one of the taxiways in HKG here has been breaking up because of the prolonged rain we have had this last week (Although it is finally gone...for now).

That's not true at all. The old SIN-EWR took cargo, UA takes cargo on its California-SIN flights, EK takes cargo on several 16hr+ flights, etc.

What does VTOL stand for? Vertical Takeoff and Landing. He knows what it means he was just saying it to the other guy because VTOL was the wrong term to use. Should have said STOL. B-LRC is the first of 3 CX A359s to go back into the shop to fix and replace the faulty business class zodiac seats that have been well documented. Its been in the hangar since May 18th. B-LRA and B-LRB will follow. The spot they normally do the seats is actually outdoors behind one of the hangars....

B-LRI overtook B-LRG during the assembly process and rolled out earlier, not sure why. B-LRI does have business class seats BTW, it should enter service very quickly.
