RE: Nutrition Facts (Calories)

If you want to keep the whole diet game simple: checking only calories should be fine. A normal adult (male) needs roughly 2500 calories/day - a male teenager about 3000. In order to loose 1kg/weekly (recommended weight loss)(if you are large more will be shed earlier on) you will need to cut your d...

RE: Sochi, Russia To Host 2014 Winter Olympics

I went to Sochi last year, and as much as it got potential, the place is a disaster and will be ruined come Olympics. The infrastructure in the city is so poor: the roads going into the ski resorts are so small, so narrow that major construction work will have to get done. The same goes for the city...

If, say, a new management decides that the cost of introduction exceeds the predicted benefits from the new livery, such as cost of rebranding/introduction to make it known to the public, then the financial decisio...

The ADP was raised in an effort to curtail the increase in air travel and as an extra revenue generator for the UK government. One of the reasons behind the increased C and F tax is that, on average, there are less pax in a premium cabin but the weight of the seats (esp l/h) are heavier thus increas...

I was on a flight from Oslo to Amsterdam but we diverted to Hamburg. The crew acted very professionally and not one single angry person on my flight. I shall admit I blanked on the smiley but too many people use that arguement so I jumped at my canons.
