DL A321 seat airbag in Comfort+ front window seat

Just flew on a DL 321 in 10F. The seatbelt had a built in airbag. From what I can tell, only this seat had it.

What is the purpose of it? Why only this seat has it and how is it controlled. Seems weird.

Yes, a pair of 787's are in discussions from AirCap, furthermore 3 737-800's are to join the fleet soon. The 787's would serve China routes (Beijing).

KLM can barely make Miami work, although it's trying for a third time in 12 years starting this fall. Arkefly has the market covered. That is a very sucky flight. Martin Air used to operate AMS-MCO as well as Air France CDG-MCO. With both those routes gone, could a KLM AMS-MCO-AMS rotation with a 787 be feasible?

I think there is the market for it, especially for a SkyTeam carrier.
