I don't know if you mean physical risks to the airport (eg doctors in 4WD's) or also operational risks in terminals such as overcrowding (eg due to cancelled flights), financial risks (including income from retailers and passenger charges). Which airlines have a shades down policy? When I flew Asiana and KLM the FA's were very strict about keeping the blinds closed for most of the trip. Very annoying for me who likes to look out of the window.

Air Quality On Different Airlines

I've flown economy class long-haul on a range of airlines over the past 12 years. On four occasions I began suffering a bad headache, sweats and nausea - once so severe I had to make trips to the lav. I'm guessing that it was probably a form of altitude sickness. It was certainly not motion sickness...
