There's also the bmi version of livery three with a red stripe before livery four. Indeed G-BVKA had a thicker red stripe than the rest so that's a unique livery in itself

It would be helpful to many people if you could call it something better than "PMUA". I know my IATA, ICAO and my ATC acronyms but airliners.net speak means that often you speak to the same core group without many people who might want to contribute left baffled.

Sorry, on what routes are 70% of pax connecting? The mid haul? If that's the case it explains why bmi are bleeding money as the revenue goes mainly to the long haul carrier.

British Airways have a fantastic collection at RAF Cosford including a B707-436, a VC10, Viscount, Comet, Britannia and BAC-111. Oh wait I don't mean "have" I mean "had" as they scrapped most of it to save some pennies back in 2006. The Comet and Britannia survived due to the RAF connection.... btw ...
