Try to get as close as possible to the window to avoid reflection. Taking pictures through aircraft windows is very difficult since the windows with the space between the clear plastic in the cabin and the glass outside are just not made for it. I think it is way too low in frame. The sky is nice, but not nothing special. So perhaps you can crop somewhere close to the clouds.

Also try to get rid off some of the grain which is visible. Neat Image might help here,

The picture is partly soft (as already pointed out, around the windows for example) and in other parts oversharpened (tail, stabilizer, engines, gear). I have the Sigma 10-20 and I really like it. It's way cheaper than the Canon 10-22 and the overall quality is quite good. If you want to I can email you some RAWs so that you can compare.

If you intend to spot from the parking garage make sure that there are no cars passing by while shooting. They make the garage vibrate.
