Theoretically all airlines are equal in regard of safety. At least that is how it is supposed to be.

And nobody will tell the public about issues on an airline´s safety. (Except the EU Blacklist)

Many airlines are 100% Boeing users, For example, Pluna flies 737-200 ,737-300, 757-200 and 767-300ER. They will be getting new CRJ900s next year, but now they fly exclusively Boeing. GOL uses only 737s, the new Varig flies 737s and 767s Copa used to fly only 737s before getting their E-Jets recentl...

I would suspect that with such short flights over so many years the 732´s cycles are really, really high. Is there a maximum number of cycles these planes can have before retirement?

There are only six 5 Star Airlines in 2007 (Skytrax) They are: Asiana Kingfisher Malaysia Airlines Qatar Airways Singapore Airlines Cathay Pacific. And Kingfisher does not fit in the list. I wouldn´t be surprised if it was a 4 star airline... but 5 Star? Five star seems to be "the elite of the elite...

To my surprise, it looks nice! In the MD80 series the totally white nose (and new livery) looks a bit strange, but on the A321 and 767 it looks great! Specially love how the logo fills the whole tail... Talking about black noses, do they have a function or are they merely aesthetic? Several airlines...

The 737-900 didn´t use to sell because it lacked an additional emergency exit, which limited the passenger load to about the same as the 737-800. In the 737-900ER, the additional emergency exit was placed, and the airplane is starting to see some success. O f course it won´t be as successful as it´s...

An A321ER would make an excellent airplane, but with Airbus and Boeing both studying the replacement of their respective aircraft families in this category, I doubt it will happen.

And wouldn´t a A322 be a bit overstretched? It would be the A340-600 of the A320 family.
