I don't see the point in the government's intent to repeal Part 3 of the QSA, restricting foreign ownership, as a singular move. If they are going to remove Part 3, they might as well repeal the entire Act in its entirety... otherwise the QSA would still place restrictions on how the Qantas operate ...

NZ must be getting concerned with their 787 order following yet another onboard fire. This time onboard ET's 787 at London Heathrow.

This could have ETOPS/LROPS/EDTO implications, which would have a major effect on NZ
