Does anyone have a list of the top 100 airports in the world, by passenger numbers, for 2004 or 2005? I believe Airports Council International publishes such a ranking, but I’ve only been able to find the top 30 airports.

I joined AAdvantage when I was 1 and received elite status when I was 13 or 14. It's definitely not uncommon for kids, at least in the states. I've even heard stories of toddlers getting Platinum on AA (>50K miles per year).

If you can somehow get Economy+ while still not breaking the budget, I'd take United. The seat pitch on Qantas' 744s is horrendous. A few countries already have aircraft (*technically*) larger than Air Force One. Junichiro Koizumi uses two 747-400s, and I'm sure there's a Gulf leader or two that has a 747-400 as well.
