RE: Short Runways At MDW

If <acronym title="Charleston - Yeager (Kanawha) (CRW / KCRW), USA - West Virginia">CRW</acronym> gets criticized im sure <acronym title="Santa Ana - John Wayne / Orange County (SNA / KSNA), USA - California">SNA</acronym> must because as Flying Bronco said <acronym title="American Airlines (USA)">A...

RE: Short Runways At MDW

I know they don't HAVE to use 13L/31R but do they for some commercial flights? Again, that would be really short. That's gotta be neat to see departures and arrivals on that runway!
Thanks for the info. guys!

RE: Short Runways At MDW

WOW! Do they use 13L/31R (5141 X 150) simutaneously with 13C/31C? That's really short for 738's and 757's. If so is that restricted for smaller planes? I know 13R/31L (3859 X 60) would be to short, and not wide enough for WN or ATA.

Short Runways At MDW

Hey Guys, Midway's longest runway (6522 X 150 Ft.) seems really short for <acronym title="Southwest Airlines (USA)">WN</acronym> 's fully loaded 737's and ATA's 738's & 757's to take off to places such as <acronym title="Phoenix - Sky Harbor International (PHX / KPHX), USA - Arizona">PHX</acronym>, ...

I know this is kidna off the subject, but what will happen to Atlantic Coast Airline's stock? Will it "become" Independence Air stock? Any input would be helpful

RE: USAirways Asks For $300 Mil From Pilots

I have to feel bad too for the US employees too, but when they charge ridiculous amounts of $$ for a ticket I don't feel so bad for them. Then <acronym title="Southwest Airlines (USA)">WN</acronym> comes to <acronym title="Philadelphia - International (PHL / KPHL), USA - Pennsylvania">PHL</acronym> ...
