IST-BOG-PTY-IST was only operated by a 773 on the inaugural flight. The flight is currently A332. The original announcement was that the route would go 4x weekly on the A333, so is the 789 downgrade in capacity? I wouldn't think so.

They are already doing this on SCL, and its tiresome. Then again AV is on a bad spot so i guess the have to do that. Avianca (counting Avianca Brasil) operates around 15 flights per day to MIA, many of which are present at the same dime during the middle of the day. Four of those flights are operated on A330s, while all others are A320 series.

LATAM has the ability to dominate South America but every decision they make , makes it seem like they want to downsize by 50% by 2025.... Well, at least in Brazil that's all they do nowadays: lose market share. They are losing market share in the traditional strongholds of Perú and Chile as well. ...
