I’m confused as to how this goes forward. Who is going to prosecute Flynn? You can’t have a judge be both prosecutor AND decide on the case. That’s a clear violation of human rights.

What happens if the government simply drops prosecuting and doesn’t show up to the next court hearing?

I could see mandating mask usage nationwide to get the red states who have been careless about the virus so far in line and get the numbers down. It would be very hard to seal off a state or subset area in the CONUS just because of the number of roads in/out of the area, openness of airports, etc. ...

The CDC is part of HHS, meaning it’s part of the executive branch of the US federal government. Granted it’s closer to the top and therefore it raises that data manipulation suspicion. I’m not saying this is a positive move necessarily, but I think this fear is a little tin foil hattish at this point.
