Go with the cast iron. So much better as your using oils to season and form a natural non stick patina like surface.

Aero, I gauge myself not on blood tests always but also based on how I'm eating. Given the ailments, chiropractors can be invaluable. I also feel that a combination of therapies make sense such as acupuncture and Massage therapy if there's any muscle Related pain.
