Reserved first class seats and higher being reserved on trains has been common for a very long time as has been said. In fact i don't remember if I've ever traveled unreserved on a train in First on VIA except once when the computers were down, even then everyone pretty much did their assigned seat....

You need to remember International Aero-Engines (IAE) is not an independent engine company, it's an alliance between Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce.

Pratt makes the PW1000G.

RR seems to have no real skin in this market currently.

It belongs West Atlantic UK an affiliate operator, and there are others coming to others affiliates (ASL for example, rumors of Morningstar here in Canada getting some as well), but not FedEx itself yet.

That's not some little laser pointer, how big of a laser would you need to light up the cockpit like that? Green (and Blue as well) handheld lasers are available for many purposes... The JFK-MIA segments were operated as change of gauge tags, L10 or AB3 usually... 757 might of later on as well.

The MIA-LGW route was transferred to sister Texas air Corp carrier CO along with a DC-10. Eastern used the remaining DC-10s to operate MIA-EZE-SCL which switched to MIA-GIG-EZE. From the damage I'd guess front of truck hit nose, spin hit prop and back of truck spun into tail. The front of the truck is facing away from the plane with damage to the cab area.
