I've found that DL adjusts flight schedules at least monthly and rarely remain firm until about 45 days prior to departure. You can anticipate additional changes by DL for your February trip so be don't so quick to rebook everything right now as it likely will change. I would wait until mid-December...

Appropriate timing to this thread a report tonight on NBC10 in Philly reported the airport and Governor of DE filed for a $5 million grant for airport improvements. It was also noted that F9 ended all service in 2015 and no other airline has expressed an interest in serving iLG.

Refer to "seatguru.com" that has notes on the cabin layout and many passenger comments on specific seats and rows.
